We were commissioned to do this job by Modern Promotions for Glaxo Wellcome. Not our design, but we made the injection tool and had the tool etched with the logo and details. There are lugs underneath that pierce the seal of a jar - twisting the opener removes the seal around the bottle opening. All work done here in Australia.
